Your host and compere for the day, Martin is also responsible for setting up the back-line PA system and completing sound-checks. Martin co-organises the event throughout the year, books the bands and promotes the cause through the FAB 4 FUNDRAISERS My Space. He is also known to perform a few rockers during the jam-session at the end of the event.
By day Martin works in Catalgue Managment for an IT services provider company.
Martin has recently co-founded along with Marie, Rock4Mac, which is an entertainment initiative, raising vital funds exclusively for Macmillan Cancer Care. The first Roc4Mac event was held on 29 September 2007 and they are currently planning to host Nationwide events next year.
In his spare time Martin enjoys cycling, live music and thinks nothing of travelling for a good hour for his fix of quality gigs.
